You can apply to Brooklyn Laboratory Charter Schools in the calendar year your child turns 11. (In other words, your child must turn 11 years old by December 31 of the year they are admitted to 6th grade.)
All Brooklyn LAB families are automatically given a seat for the following school year. But to confirm placement, families must complete the Intent to Return form. School staff will reach out with instructions before the re-enrollment period begins.
